I've taken both a basics and trail riding skills class with Brian. I plan to take more classes as I progress. He is an excellent coach. He takes time to teach you the skills a bit at a time...then gives you a chance to ride to let it sink in, with breaks to coach and review how you are doing. He also instructs you on what to work on after class. He's positive and emphasizes learning the skills you need to find joy in riding, rather than pushing you too far beyond your comfort zone. I recommend his coaching and classes for riders of all skill levels. If you aren't sure which class you are ready for, reach out to him. He'll help you pick the right class for your skill level and goals.

My 15 yr old son has been mountain biking for about 10 years but never took the opportunity to learn proper technique from a professional coach. I was lucky to find Brian's Cycology MTB Coaching services at a time when my son has surpassed my riding skills and he was ready to take his riding to the next level. Enrolled my son in a jump/drop clinic with Brian and by the end of the session it was very evident how my son increased his skills and his confidence on the bike. I couldn't be more satisfied with Brian's coaching. My son ended the clinic feeling accomplished and with a huge smile on his face. It's evident that Brian LOVES what he does and he's a master of his trade. He prioritizes safety, is patient, communicates clearly and tries different approaches until the students accomplish the set objective... a true coach! Small class size also helps a lot making things very personable. There are more skills to develop and I need to catch up, so... looking forward to working more ti...

I participated in one of Brian's intermediate clinics in Bentonville. Would highly recommend him to others. It's one thing to watch YouTube for basic techniques, but nothing can compare with an expert like Brian demonstrating proper form, watching you do it, and giving specific advice. His clinic greatly improved my skills and will change my riding forever.
